I love this color because when you look down, people get a flash of this gorgeous color. Wet your eyeliner brush and stroke the eye shadow along your upper lashlines and dust a sheer, pale version of the shade over lids.
Keep the rest of the face simple with nude lips and soft, peachy blush, which goes great with turquoise.
